Over the last 9 or 10 years we have seen many companies and individuals come and go (and go and go). There is a belief that making fine art prints for artists only requires a large format inkjet printer and some heavy weight watercolor paper.

Unfortunately it does not work like that. Over the years we have seen large and small organizations quickly realize that it's not that easy and they give up, (it seems you artists are exacting :-) often concentrating on commercial work.

Silicon Gallery Fine Art Prints Ltd. was founded upon a unique collaborative printmaking model established by a handful of fine arts workshops and presses in the United States. While the tools at Silicon are digital, the philosophy is deeply rooted in the belief that it is the chemistry between the artist and the printmaker that results in the finest work. This relationship is very dynamic and allows for new ideas to constantly emerge throughout the process.

When you call Silicon you will not speak to a "customer service representative".
You will speak directly to the person who is actually working on your job.

All of our color specialists/printmakers are MFA's so they know what it means to be an artist and how much your art means to you. The printmaker relies on the artist’s feedback throughout the entire process and this ensures that the artist’s vision is fully realized in the final work.
