Studio Tour Printmaking
Come and visit the studio and find out about the digital printmaking
process from soup to nuts. See what strange substrates we have printed
on, see the IRIS printers in action, compare different output.

We founded the first digital art gallery in the USA (maybe the world)
and have given hundreds of gallery talks both at Silicon Gallery and
at Museums in Philadelphia and New York about digital art and modern

Collaborative Printmaking in a Digital World
A discussion of how artists work with Silicon Gallery and how it
influences their work. Includes an overview of the printmaking
studio, how
it works "mechanically" and follows with examples of collaborations
with artists. Attendee's have the opportunity to examine many example
of art work and different substrates the studio uses.

Using Digital Tools as part ofArt Curriculum
Usually given as part of Collaborative Printmaking in a Digital

This talk focuses on how digital might be introduced to the classroom,
what hardware/software is needed and what academic licenses are available
for pertinent software.

Equipment Requirements (your place)
Actually all we don't need much. Depending on the talk we are
giving we will bring a Computer, with all the necessary software, a
Wacom
tablet and computer projector. All you need to provide is the audience,
a large table, seats and a screen or white surface we can project on.
Note:
We make NO CHARGE for these events. However if you are a not-for-profit
and want to use the event to raise money go for it! (we like to support
arts groups)
